Rory Stewart started Gourmet Foods in the spring of 1997 with Ron Joyce, a team of drivers, a small fleet of vans and a very large freezer. We are now supplying good quality frozen food to homes throughout Scotland and the North of England. Over the years of attending food shows and searching out specialist suppliers we have found products, not normally available to the retail trade. The suppliers have proven standards of quality and delivery and actually care as much as we do about the food that they provide.

We know what we want through dialogue with our customers. Where and when possible we work with our suppliers getting them to provide these needs. Our quality control is very strict with continual visual inspection and regular tasting to ensure the highest standards of satisfaction are deliverable.
